Micrologic Systems Inc. was established by Mr. Hilary de Leon after he took over the toll collection business of Mitech Corp., a member of the Ayala group of companies at that time, of which he was the former SVP and General Manager. It had a tie-up with a HK-based company to market toll systems in China.

Appointed by Transcore USA (the leading toll system integrator in the US) to be the subcontractor for the Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corp. Skyway/SLEX project consisting of 160 Lanes, which included a Microwave Tag-based automatic collection system (E-Pass).

Cabanatuan Water District ordered its first batch of SCADA equipment.

PEA Tollway Corp., the operator of the Cavite Coastal Road commissioned Micrologic to upgrade the software and lane controllers of its Toll Collection System consisting of 26 Lanes.
Started Development work on a Self-Contained Flight Data Recorder for General Aviation Aircraft.

Provided the Toll Collection Equipment of the PEA Tollway Corp. for its Kabihasnan Toll Plaza at the Cavite Coastal Road.

Started replacing the Automatic Vehicle Classification system at the Cavite Coastal Road by installing piezoelectric treadles and new AVC Controllers.
Completed the development of a Cellphone-based Contactless Smart Card Payment system for mass transit and tollway applications.
